Amazing Holiday Experience

The numerous pools and the aqua park were fantastic for all ages! The beach provided lovely relaxation, though it was windy for a few days. I thought the staff were very friendly. Ahmed at reception helped to accommodate our families and provided suitable rooms. Our room attendant, Mhady in room 1521, kept the room clean. He even made decorations for my children, they were always happy.
The door lock system sometimes failed. New cards had to be issued

the aqua park had amazing features. lifeguards like mohammed saber and his team seemed very kind. a cleaner named ramazan ali and his team were also helpful to guests.
the food selection lacked variety at the restaurant. it was difficult to find a decent meal there. entertainment at night were uninteresting and finished early.

i found the staff very friendly and provided a great service. i especially enjoyed the tagine. the staff always smiled and tried to find solutions to any questions i had. i appreciated that all on-site activities were free, including ping pong, paddle, and mini golf. the hotel location is excellent, right in front of the sea.
during my visit, i noticed that the music at the disco sometimes lacked variety. there were recurring songs, which became a bit repetitive by the end of my stay.

Mr. Ayman gave us a wonderful room upgrade. The bigger room had a better view. Luca also made a very nice reservation for us at the White Elephant restaurant. I especially liked this welcome gift. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
It was a long walk to the sea. Despite that, the corals were great. It was worth the walk though. The location could be closer to the sea.

I found the staff helpful. luca upgraded our room to a royal suite near the kids' aquapark. I appreciated this. the hotel features five restaurants with various food options including grilled items and italian dishes. several activities kept the children entertained, and i enjoyed the bar service.
